Welcome to Aira. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aira website and digital wedding invitation service ("Service"). By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
Aira allows you to create a personalized, digital wedding invitation webpage using our templates and tools. The Service is entirely digital — no physical products are printed or shipped. Your invitation link and dashboard access are available immediately after your invitation is generated.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Aira. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
The demo invitations and template previews shown on this website exist only to display our designs and features. The couples, dates, venues and photographs in them are fictitious and do not represent real people or real events. Any resemblance to actual persons or events is coincidental.
You keep ownership of the names, dates, photographs and messages you upload. You grant Aira permission to store and display that content for the sole purpose of generating and serving your invitation webpage.
By uploading any photograph or other material, you confirm that:
Uploading material you do not have the right to use is strictly prohibited. Aira claims no ownership of user-uploaded content, but reserves the right to remove any content that may infringe copyright or breach these Terms, with or without prior notice. Any legal liability arising from uploaded content remains entirely with the account holder.
If you believe content on Aira infringes your rights, contact us at contact@airainvites.com with a link to the invitation and a description of the material. We review such reports promptly and remove infringing content where a claim is substantiated.
Background music offered through Aira is drawn from a royalty-free library licensed for use within invitations created on the platform.
An invitation webpage is published at a unique, shareable link. Please understand that:
After an invitation is created, the couple's names are permanent. All other details — including the wedding date, venue, program timeline, photo gallery and background music — can be edited at any time from your dashboard, as often as you like.
Invitations may not be repurposed for a different couple or a different event. If a name contains a genuine spelling mistake, contact Aira support and we will correct it for you.
For your privacy, invitation links are automatically deactivated 30 days after the wedding date stored on your invitation. The invitation record itself is not deleted — it remains visible in your dashboard.
You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content, to impersonate another person, or to attempt to disrupt, hack, overload or otherwise misuse the platform.
Each invitation is delivered digitally and immediately, so refunds are not available for change of mind or where the plan has been used to create an invitation.
Where a technical fault on our side prevents you from using the plan you paid for, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will either resolve the fault or refund that purchase. Duplicate or accidental double payments are refunded in full.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, uploads prohibited content, or engages in fraudulent activity, without prior notice and without refund.
The Aira platform, its templates, designs, code and branding are the intellectual property of Aira. You retain full ownership of the personal content you submit to your invitation.
Aira is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, for third-party misuse of your invitation link, or for issues caused by your internet connection or browser.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
