Welcome to Aira. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aira website and digital wedding invitation service ("Service"). By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
Aira allows you to create a personalized, digital wedding invitation webpage using our templates and tools. The Service is entirely digital — no physical products are printed or shipped.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of the wedding details, photos, and text you upload. By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant Aira permission to display it solely for the purpose of generating your invitation webpage.
Each invitation link is publicly accessible to anyone you share it with. For your privacy, invitation links are automatically deactivated 30 days after the wedding date stored on your invitation.
You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the platform.
Because each invitation is a one-time digital deliverable, refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using your purchased plan, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will make it right.
Aira is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
